What is the Electoral Roll?
The Electoral Roll is a list of everyone who feels they belong to one of our churches. It's a way of saying that you're part of who we are and what we do.

Why 'electoral'?
Being on it means you can vote at the Annual Meeting, and stand for election to the Church Council (PCC) if you wish.

Why am I hearing about it now?
Every six years we have to compile a completely new Electoral Roll, so even if you were on it before, you need to fill in a form to be added to the new roll.
Forms are available from 16th March 2025. If you want to be on the Roll in time for this year's Annual Meeting on May 11th, then you need to get it back to us by Sunday 6th April.

Is that all?
Along with all other parishes, Shirley Parish has to comply with Data Protection legislation. This means we have to have your permission to use your personal data to contact you. This year, alongside your electoral roll form, we are asking everyone to complete an updated consent form so we can keep in touch with you.

Who do I talk to if I have any queries?
