News and Updates:
16th June: It's Messy Church this Saturday, 19th June. We're thrilled that for the first time in what seems like forever, we are going to be holding a small Messy Church In Real Life for a few pre-booked families in the grounds of the St James' building. But sad that there's not room for everyone who used to come. So we have also uploaded everything on to the Messy Church at Home page here, so those families who are not able to attend in person can still take part. We hope you have fun thinking about how we can care for God's beautiful creation, whether in person or at home.
16th June: Please note that the St James Church building will be open for private prayer between 12 noon and 4pm on Saturday June 19th.
16th June: Day 3 of the Church House garden makeover, and the grass has been laid...
26th May: The June Parish magazine has been published and can be read here
19th May: We are now live-streaming our Sunday Worship, rather than pre-recording and uploading to YouTube and the phone line. You can access the video livestream by going to the YouTube channel from 10.25am, and the audio livestream by dialling 0121 798 0196 just before 10:30am. The video and audio recordings will remain available on YouTube and the phone line from shortly after the service finishes.

We remember before God those who have died in the Covid pandemic and we pray that God's love will surround all who mourn them,
now and always
as we remember before you the thousands who have died,
surround us and all who mourn with your strong compassion.
Be gentle with us in our grief,
protect us from despair,
and give us grace to persevere
and face the future with hope
in Jesus Christ our risen Lord.
Be Still..... and pray
May the Love of Christ
The Light of Christ
The Peace of Christ
The Power of Christ
The Joy of Christ
The Presence of Christ
Be with us evermore.
